My name is Felicia, and I am currently working towards a degree in communication with a concentration in human sexuality. I've been interested in studying sex for longer than I can remember, but I finally decided to make a career of it two years ago. My life as a sex researcher started much younger than that though. I didn't really have much in the way of a formal sex education when I was growing up. My parent's divorced when I was young, and my dad was never someone you could really approach about sex. My mom tried not to step on his toes and interfere too much with the way he wanted to raise me. I still knew what I needed to know about my body when I needed to know it - menstruation, puberty, even contraception, but I didn't know really anything else about sex until I was old enough to pursue it on my own.
